Booking Terms – Festive Season 2026/2027

For any reservation made between December 26, 2026 and January 2, 2027, excluding December 31, a deposit equal to 50% of the total price of the reserved table is required to fully confirm the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

For cancellations made at least 8 days before the event date, the deposit paid will be refunded in full.

For cancellations made less than 8 days before the event date, as well as in the event of a no-show, the deposit equal to 50% of the total table price will be retained by the venue and will not be refundable.

Special Terms – December 31, 2026

All reservations for the evening of December 31, 2026 require prepayment of 50% of the total table price in order to fully guarantee the booking.

In the event of cancellation of a December 31 reservation:

•⁠  ⁠At least 8 days before the event date: 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded.
•⁠  ⁠Between 8 days and 72 hours before the event date: 50% of the prepaid amount will be refunded, while the remaining 50% will be retained by the venue.
•⁠  ⁠Less than 72 hours before the event date, as well as in the event of a no-show: no refund will be issued and 100% of the prepaid amount will be retained by the venue.

Cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the scheduled reservation time.

Any reduction in the number of guests made less than 8 days before the event will not result in any reduction of the table price or the minimum spend initially agreed upon. Any increase in the number of guests is subject to the venue’s prior approval and may result in a reassessment of the table price or minimum spend.

In the event of a delay exceeding 30 minutes without prior notice, the venue reserves the right to reallocate the table, without refund of any amounts already paid.

A secure credit card pre-authorisation may be requested via SevenRooms as a guarantee.

Elegant attire is required. The venue reserves the right of admission in order to preserve the experience, safety and atmosphere of the event. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate removal from the venue, without refund.

The artistic programme, schedule and line-up are subject to change. The replacement or cancellation of an artist or DJ will not, in itself, entitle the guest to cancel the reservation or receive a refund.

By making a reservation, the guest fully accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable to the Festive Season 2026/2027, covering events held between December 26, 2026 and January 2, 2027.
